If any of the following reasons have stopped you from trying a yoga class before, let us help you “Create Your Own Class.”

  • You don’t want to pay for a gym membership just for yoga
  • Your schedule does not allow you to get to the local yoga studio
  • You think yoga is a philosophy or religion and feel turned off
  • You feel intimidated by those who have been practicing for years thinking it requires a perfect body and the ability to twist like a pretzel
  • You just don’t feel comfortable in groups or want to begin privately
  • You want to deepen your practice one-on-one

Stay at OM Moms
- May include more centering, warm-ups with gentle and flowing postures.  You can relax and release while communing with other mothers in your homes or alone.  Share a babysitter!!

Office Yoga
- You may just need a morning meditation and some warm up postures to get the fluids flowing for that big meeting. We lead and teach yogic breathing techniques that are specific for inner focus and concentration, or relaxation, to pull in energy or completely relax.

- Or a small class of co-workers for an afternoon or after work complete yoga class breath and movement.

Seniors Chair Yoga
- Slower movements and breath for seniors or if you are recovering from an injury, we work specifically to that need. Chair yoga to secure balance but encourage movement for flexibility.

A Personal Yogi
- You may be the type of person that will be more focused in a session or class that comes to you, scheduled to fit your life for use as a springboard to yoga classes; a once or twice a month gathering for you and your friends; or to deepen your current practice.
