Our Rates

Yoga MoOn was created by Mary J. Sullivan to serve people with specific physical needs, or who were interested in stress reduction, or who simply preferred private instruction (schedule of classes.)

We offer yoga and meditation classes:

  • In your home, office, or community center
  • For small groups at your convenience and location
  • For people with injuries who feel they are not ready for a traditional class
  • For seniors and people with special needs who require gentle yoga with modifications
  • For athletes to improve endurance, focus and flexibility and to prevent injuries
  • Offering one-on-one personal guidance to begin or deepen your practice



Without compromising your body we will guide you safely through movement, breath and awareness.  You create the desire and the place we will meet you there; changing like the phases of the moon and tides we will adapt to the present state of your body mind.

You will learn:

  • Through postures and movement to allow maximum flexibility in the safest way.
  • Guided breath-work which stimulates your internal energy flow.
  • Meditation techniques that will bring awareness between our external and internal process of shifting sensations, emotions and thoughts.
  • To watch how the body-mind will naturally soften and open, releasing physical mental and emotional blockages, promoting health, balance and a sense of well-being.
  • The value of stillness. Experience what meditators throughout the ages have always known: more profound rest means more profound activity. Regular, conscious relaxation helps maintain clear, vibrant awareness and makes it possible to feel more fully alive.

In this fast-moving, over burdened with stimuli, fear-promoting world, finding serenity, stillness and calm within may just be our saving grace.  More people are looking for this tranquility to give meaning to their lives.  It is our honor and pleasure to show anyone with the desire to practice yoga that they can.

Mary is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher.  She believes that yoga allows you to form a relationship with your body by opening your heart and mind and most importantly getting out of your head.
